I was hoping to get some feedback from people out there regarding experiences about going overseas and doing medical-related volunteer work. Is it rewarding? I was also wondering if those who had done it in the past knew of any reputable agencies that offer these volunteer programs, both short-term and long-term. I think it is something i want to do this summer, and wanted to know how other found it. Is it expensive? I would appreciate any help you can provide.
