Guest mmk
Hi I was wondering if I get into a medical school like UC or UBC and graduate, does that mean I can practice anywhere in Canada or will I be limited to that particular province? Also, what if I go to U.S., what are my chances of coming back and what would I have to do? Thanks and keep it up. This site is really helpful!! mmk
Guest PeterHill0501
I can't speak for the rest of Canada, however, I'm almost positive that a physician who is licenced in Ontario has to be certified to practice in Quebec. Peter
Guest medicator007
I can't speak for the rest of Canada either, but knowing my province and its uber-restrictive nature I can tell you that in order to practice in Quebec you need to pass the exam from the College des Medcins.... really special! Guest Ian Wong
Hi there, I actually replied to and moved your post yesterday into the CaRMS forum, as I think it's probably better placed there. Further replies (and I'd like to know the answer as well!) should go to that thread, accessible here: pub125.ezboard.com/fpremed101frm25.showMessage?topicID=73.topic Ian UBC, Med
