Which schools, what did you do to make yourself competitive? Is it a good idea to do all neurosx for your clerkship electives or does diversity make a better candidate? Thanks!! Expire to as many programs as possible is your best bet, so you want to weight your electives pretty heavy towards NSx. If a program knows you, they are much more comfortable picking you.
