mlan
There does not seem to be a lot of discussion about USask. I applied there, as well as Dalhousie although I do not know a lot about it. Did many other people apply?
dreambig1918
I applied to USask, UofM and UofA. I wish I were residents of those provinces because they seem to have a lot less applicants than Alberta (minus UofA of course).
zap_man99
basically all 3 classes are about 30 All 3 are pretty hard on OOP. Sask uses and MMI system for interview so does alberta. U of M uses CDA. Depending on the applicant pool you may get an interview with an 88% in sask (20s on DAT). U of M requires about a 3.7 with DAT of 22~ (depending on pool) U of A-new system but im gonna guess 3.8 and 20s in DAT (for OOP)
zap_man99
they always have reserved spots for aboriginals. Your avg and DAT can be lower (im not sure by how much-i think as long as you meet cutoffs you get in?)
zap_man99
usually a lot dont apply. sad to say not a lot attend post secondary school or have other ambitions and some just dont meet cutoffs. Some people dont apply under that quota either (either dont know about it or just dont want to bother)
