Guest tim
Hello! I was working on my OMSAS sketch, and ran into some problems. What does one do if they have lots of research experiences, but that were also paid positions? Should I include them solely under research, and ignore the employment section? Also, for people with publications/poster presentations, would you include those under the "research" section, or in an unclassified "other" category? Finally, has anyone else had problems connecting to the OMSAS on-line application... this whole day it has told me the server was down. Is it only me? Thanks for your help, and good luck with apps. Guest Chris
I've also had problems with server today. I hope it doesn't keep up or I'll never get my application done.
Guest Ian Wong
We've actually covered that in some previous threads. pub44.ezboard.com/fpremed101frm14.showMessage?topicID=94.topic pub44.ezboard.com/fpremed101frm10.showMessage?topicID=24.topic http://pub44.ezboard.com/fpremed101frm14.showMessage?topicID=72.topic http://pub44.ezboard.com/fpremed101frm14.showMessage?topicID=63.topic Hope this helps a little. If all else fails, use your best judgement as to what information should go in which category. At the end of it, if your categories are a little lop-sided in terms of content, then try to balance them out by shifting some of your activities that would qualify in both sections.
