In other words, can you specify that you will do x elective at x place in Dec, and x elective in early Jan even before you've done them yet after the deadline prior to interviews? Guest medicator007 Posted March 8, 2006 Report Share Posted March 8, 2006 Yes.. there is the option to do so on the CaRMS application as long as you know what you are going to be doing before the submission deadline. I put in my December elective ahead of time and there were no problems at my interviews. That being said, it will not appear on your Dean's Letter if it hasn't been completed yet, but that really is not the end of the world.
