Victoria Pain
Hello, I've been searching for so long about how the system is in the University of Ottawa, but I didn't find anything useful.. So I want to register in University of Ottawa and I want to know which courses are needed to get into medical school.. And all the requirements? I want to know details.. How many years, GPA,...etc. And which program/faculty I should get in first? If you can post a site that provides all these details I'll be thankful! P.S: I'm still not enrolled in any system or course!
Birdy
You must have missed their website in your search. Everything is laid out in detail on the U of O medicine website. http://www.intermed.med.uottawa.ca/Students/MD/Admissions/eng/
Prothrombin
Everything you need is in the link above. In terms of GPA, pay particular attention to their weighting formula because they use a wGPA. The cut-offs for UOttawa are different depending on where you live. If you're an Ottawa resident it's 3.70, Out Of Province around 3.87. I'm not sure on cut-off for In-Province but out of Ottawa region.
