Hi, Email admissions at both schools as even if students have dropped out of C/O2015, the schools may not be willing to accept new students. Particularly because many schools, including UoT, over accept and may have had all offers accepted so wouldn't have room regardless of lost students. As for PBL, contact admissions because both schools are didactic based and keep a list of schools, not curriculum types,they accept. Hope this helps.
