Best earplugs for MCAT?

i used rexall ones that are like... idn LOL. you roll em up and they expand to fit your ear. idn what theyre made of. not foam. they do a good job, and since they fit your ear, theyre decently comfy. on the flip side, they expand and i srs thought i could feel q bit of pressure build up because they block the ears. flipping again, that implies they do a good job of blocking stuff, including noise. i barely (if at all) heard people typing during ws, or when they left for breaks. i could occasionally barely hear the women talking outside who were supervising , after someone opened the door.
