They seem to put that on a pretty low priority. I'm reasonably patient, but I ended up phoning them long before to find out what was up, and was basically told if I hadn't heard anything yet, then too bad. Of course that year everything was by snail mail, so I don't know if they'll email this year. Has no one been put on a waiting list yet? Odd.
