Guest UofA info
Hey does anybody know if this semester's marks matter at UofA? Is there any minimum GPA that has to be met if you're lucky enough to have been accepted. It seems like the most schools dont care, especially in the east, i.e. Queens. Because the final transcripts are asked for after admission offers have been sent. Thanks.
Guest Lurkergonepublic
Most schools will give you an acceptance conditional on meeting a minimum GPA on your last semester. You'll have to ask the school or check the website for the exact cut-off, but usually they're pretty low compared to the kind of GPA you already have to have to be competitive. Still, don't bomb your last semster - you might not actually get in this year...
Guest summervirus
I don't know if things have changed but when I applied years ago, it was a 3.3 cutoff for acceptance.
Guest UofA info
Was that 3.3 for the last semester or for the year? Thanks
Guest cpltanto
So does UofA look at the Fall term marks?? When they say if you completed 4+ years, they drop your lowest year...if they dont count the last semester, how does that work? drop 1 out of the 3 completed?
