No reference letter for Ottawa?

I briefly read through the OMSAS2013 booklet and OttawaU's admission website. No where on them seems to say that regular applicants are required to submit CAFs.

 

Am I missing something? Or are CAFs only required from special category applicants (i.e. aboriginal)?

I emailed Diane Parent yesterday.

 

Reference letters are required and the deadline is Dec.1st
