PA Program - McMaster

I noticed that McMaster doesn't have any requirements for hours of work in a Health Professional field... does this mean they just count GPA and put heavy emphasis on related experience to get into the interview stage? Does anyone know? I've tried to find information but I seem to not be able to.

I was also interested in this course, as most PA programs seem to be meant for people looking for a second career, as opposed to their first.
