Guest WK
Hi, does anyone know how many people are interviewed by McGill, on average, each year? And is it always 30 that they accept each year?
Guest per te
Hey WK, I heard from Patricia Bassett that they generally interview around 40-60 out-of-province students, (I don't know about Quebec students) but I'm not sure how many students are accepted. Although I believe they accept more than 10% out-of-province. Does anybody know the first year class size at McGill? *~per te~*
Guest LestatZinnie
first yr class size=30. about one third or so of the class is predents so there are about 20 seats open for quebec and out of province students.
Guest toothache
hi, i'm a dent-2 at mcgill.. i just stumbled on this board as i was browsing around.. regarding class size, it is limited to 30 because there are only 30 chairs at the clinic. however, my year has 31, so there will be a 'floater' who will share with others.. i'm not sure if the composition is the same for each year, but in my year, there are quite a few out-of-provincers, inclduing myself.. in fact, almost half of the class. the rest consist of in-province and predents. hope that helps! btw. good luck on your interviews.
