This is off the top of my head because I looked at it recently, but you'll have to take it with a grain of salt.

When you agree to become a Pharmacy Officer in the Canadian Forces as a student, they will pay for your tuition and books. However, you will need to complete a 14 week basic training during one summer, but afterwards you proceed with school like you normally would. During this time you are being paid in addition to having your tuition and books being paid for. However, upon graduating you will need to serve the Canadian Forces for 4 years as a Pharmacy Officer.

Basically, you will graduate debt free (in fact, you might even have a surplus) but you will need to work in the army for 4 years in return. Alternatively, you can probably take out a line of credit, pay for your tuition, and depending on your money management and willingness to work in rural areas, you can pay off your debts in 2 years.
