kr4tos
So I multiply the credit by the mark, then total that (21.9). Finally divide that by total course (6), giving me a GPA for the year of 3.65. Course Credit Mark KINE 3635 0.5 x 3.30 = 1.65 KINE 4020 0.5 x 3.30 = 1.65 KINE 3600 0.5 x 3.30 = 1.65 KINE 4516 0.5 x 3.30 = 1.65 KINE 3000 0.5 x 3.80 = 1.90 PSYC 1010 1.0 x 3.80 = 3.80 KINE 3465 0.5 x 3.80 = 1.90 KINE 3400 0.5 x 3.80 = 1.90 KINE 4010 0.5 x 3.80 = 1.90 KINE 4575 0.5 x 3.80 = 1.90 KINE 3020 0.5 x 4.00 = 2.00 6.0 21.9 Can someone tell me if I am doing this correctly? SheepE
What's the scale you go by? 4.0? What is the letter grade for 3.8? And you'd need 20 courses to apply to ORPAS... I only counted 12 here.... Lastly, what I do is half credits (one semester courses) are counted as one and full credits (two semester courses) are counted as two credits. So it'd be [3.3+3.3+3.3+3.3+3.8+(3.8x2)+3.8+3.8+3.8+3.8+4] / 12 But your method works out the same number as me. 3.
kr4tos
I converted all my marks to the ORPAS scale out of 4.0, and yea both ways work out the same. Yes you need 20 courses, I only put 12 to get a sample calculation. Thanks a lot.
