SharkLvr
Wondering if anyone has the latest scoop on how the recent changes to the ABR certification procedures might effect Canadian radiology residents wanting to do a fellowship in the States. Though Canadian rads residents have historically been able to land solid fellowships in the States, I was told that this might get more difficult in the coming years with the changes the ABR implemented. Not sure how or why. Can someone confirm whether or not there is any truth to these rumblings? Just curious - I am quite far away from entering this process myself, but just wanted to know what those of you who are 'in the know' have heard. Thanks! Lactic Folly
Haven't heard any such rumblings myself. If anything, you'd be fully certified by the Royal College when you start fellowship, compared to the Americans.
