As am IMG the school I'm from doesn't produce a document similar to the MSPR in Canada. I do have the detailed transcripts of the grades I got throughout the 5 years in med school. My question is, does the absence of the MSPR directly disqualify your application as incomplete thus removing it from the first file review, or does it put it lower down in the file review.
