Lost&Found
Hi everyone, I have a quick question about my references that I'd really appreciate feedback on. I was thinking of asking one of the graduate students who I worked with in a lab for a reference. The lab was quite large and I didn't see the prof as much as I would have liked but I developed a strong relationship with the grad student. I also completed a research course under her supervision. I was wondering if it would be appropriate to use her as a reference. I didn't really give it much thought until now. Thanks in advance!

Lactic Folly
Perhaps you could ask the professor to provide the letter with significant input from the graduate student?
future_doc
The graduate student could write it for the prof.
