What's the difference between Qualifications and Competition Involved? For example I won employee of the month at my job, so for this award are the qualifications the skills you need to demonstrate in order to get this award? and then what goes under competition involved? BlurstOfTimes Posted August 20, 2013 Report Share Posted August 20, 2013 You're right about qualifications; under "competition involved" for that award, just say how many employees were eligible and how many awards were given - the point is to show how many people you were up against, essentially.
