Are you including this # in the description? Total hours, or # of hours per week X # weeks? Looking back at my application, it seems that I put hours in a some, but not every experience. It was usually something along the lines of 'volunteered 6 hours/week' or 'did this thing six days a week', but not the number of weeks/months etc, as that is included in the start and end date information.
