Where do non-credit summer electives and academic workshops fit in CaRMS online?

Hi guys, I was wondering which category I should put for the following:

 

1. A non-credit elective I did in the summer following first year of med school

2. An academic workshop I completed (I did the CSTAR interprofessional summer school)

 

I can't seem to find a good category to go in CaRMS online. I don't feel like the non-credit elective would fit under "Clinical Electives" since they're not really 4th year clinical electives in the sense of the word and it wasn't mandatory, but maybe this is the best place to fit it in the end.

 

With the CSTAR workshop... I'm wondering if I should put it under "Scholarly" activities, but it's not really RESEARCH but an academic workshop.

 

Anyway I'm probably overthinking everything here... It's not a problem if schools just look at my CV, but I don't want things to be too confusing on CaRMS online. Any feedback from you wise folks would be appreciated!
