vsl
Just wondering if anyone has recently done the medical consult elective at Toronto and is willing to share their experience. Was it a good learning experience? Would you recommend doing this over a traditional CTU elective? Did you work directly with staff? Thanks for any insight. BK47
I found doing a med consult elective (NOT at UofT) that I had a lot more face time with the staff. It was less busy and I was able to learn and get more out of individual cases. Also since you're not the primary care team that means less scutwork for you to do. Overall a positive experience.
