If you're IP, i would be surprised that you didn't receive a physical package by now. I was going to use mine as a convenient proof of residency for my police check, but it looks like I'll have to get my bank to print me something again. osteogeek Posted May 25, 2014 Report Share Posted May 25, 2014 I had heard the same thing - that this year they switched to an electronic package only, and they're not sending out mail. Last year they sent out packages in the mail, and mine never came (thanks for that, Canada Post). I'm not sure how many of us that happened to, but I'm guessing that has a lot to do with the switch. It would make sense that they switched everything online, given that the brochure and all the letters, etc. were made accessible online along with all the paperwork forms.
