I would answer it the same way I would talk about my strengths and weaknesses. Maybe also add what kind of friend I am since the question addresses my friends point of view. Guest lots of thinking Posted February 17, 2003 Report Share Posted February 17, 2003 I had an interview at UofM last year and they asked me, if they backed my closest friends into a corner and asked them to describe one really bad quality about me- what would it be??
