From what I have understood, and how I have personally interpreted it, it is asking mostly about your significant experiences in relation to how it has motivated you to study medicine. They shall have the rest of your application there, and they will be able to see all your activities for themselves, so I don't see why, or how even, you could fit all of your activities in.
