Aletheist
NOSM also considers how far the rural town was from a large city so living in a town of 5000 but being 30 minutes away from a city of 500k isn't going to help you a lot with the context score. I say apply anyways and maybe you will get an interview and that will at least give you some interview experience. NOSM tends to interview just about anyone who has more than 0 context score so its worth a shot. Overall chance of acceptance is probably very slim. Is it worth the application fee? That's something you need to decide. Also, I wouldn't advise doing a second undergrad. Concentrate on rewriting the MCAT for Queens and Western.
