He wrote about a particular scenario which showed management skills and provided 2 or 3 sentences which talked about my traits. Was it supposed to be like an entire standard letter? I did and they said they actually prefer that last part to only be like 200-250 words tops so I should be ok since my reference did write "comments" on the rest of the form.
