Guest mluong Posted November 25, 2005 Report Share Posted November 25, 2005 Hey guys, This is my first time applying and I'm not too sure how the application on OMSAS works, should I be frequently checking the OMSAS website or how do I get notified of certain things like interviews or will all that stuff be sent through the mail? Guest Elaine I Posted November 25, 2005 Report Share Posted November 25, 2005 OMSAS will send a letter later this month confirming all of your marks, etc. Interview notices will come directly from the medical schools. Timing of those notices vary from school to school. You can find out specific timing for the schools you have applied to by checking the university websites, or by searching the archives to see when people got interview notices in the past. Guest aneliz Posted November 25, 2005 Report Share Posted November 25, 2005 No. OMSAS will ask for an updated transcript in late spring if you are still in the running for a seat at any medical school. The schools are not going to look at another transcript right now, and changing a couple of courses is not going t affect your application or interview chances at all.
