reation
I am thinking to include 2 of them. I have some science ones too but I feel these professors know me much better. Would it look bad/undermining in any manner?
Sit
It's fine. Keep in mind that UoC has no course requirements, therefore folks can apply from Arts, business, whatever. You wouldn't really expect them to have science referees. Choose people who know you and can vouch for your qualities.
MartinG
Also agree that it is fine. Find professors/supervisors/bosses who know you WELL and like you. That is the most important thing.
reation
Thanks guys. Would it be okay for a professor to speak of my skills OUTSIDE their capacity - e.g. leadership, etc?
narwhale
Thanks guys. Would it be okay for a professor to speak of my skills OUTSIDE their capacity - e.g. leadership, etc? I don't think it hurts for them to talk about your leadership or other skills outside of the categories, however, I think it is more important that they discuss in detail the attribute they are supposed to be touching on. If they talk too much about leadership and don't mention much about interpersonal/collaboration in the Interpersonal Behaviour/Collaboration section, the person reading the application might not feel it's a strong representation of that skill set.
