Candiens12
Quick question. Do schools see what electives I am doing following the application date. Ex: If I am applying to family and I have one family elective before the application date and one more family elective after the date, do programs see that as an interest in family? Or are electives after applications submitted not really looked at. Cheers
tigars53
No, they don't even have any way of knowing you'll be doing an elective after application date. You can tell them during the interview! But my bet is that family med programs don't care if you did an elective or not in their program.
A-Stark
They can certainly see any electives you do at any time - provided you put them into your CaRMS application.

I don't think they will take the time to look at the new things you put on CaRMS past application deadline...
newfie
What you do is put all your future electives in your CaRMS application when you submit it (which is I think what A-Stark was referring to).
