Question about US medical schools and GPAs

No, not generally. I can tell you that the process is more holistic though, looking at the entire package rather than focussing on one or two bad grades. It's not like if you get a 6 in VR you will be disqualified from Harvard, for instance. But you better have something outstanding to make it up.

im asking because,

 

my last 2 years of undergrad have around the B+ (3.5) GPA...

 

however... my first 2 years of undergrad are pulling everythin down unfortunatly... to about 3.0 :(

 

i do have 2 years of part time work expirience during school... @ UofT as a medical research student!.... i dont know if this would help, would it?
