Guest sharibean
Can someone please clear this up for me? The OMSAS scale is kind of confusing to me - What exactly would 80% convert to on the 4.0 scale. My problem is that while I'm doing well this year, I REALLY need to make up for disgusting first year marks. I've gone over all the numbers a million times and just need to know what my real chances are at each school. Thanks! shari
Guest steak
Hi Shari, Just look up your school in the list at the bottom, slide down that column to your numeric mark, and then slide over the OMSAS column. 80 is a 3.70, regardless of school attended, but some other percentage marks do vary from school to school. Good luck, Chris
Guest aneliz
The key is that you need to convert the mark you received in EACH course to the 4.0 scale and THEN average them. You cannot simply take your average and convert that to the OMSAS scale.
