nelsojc Posted August 26, 2015 Report Share Posted August 26, 2015 Can anybody confirm that once you make the wGPA cutoff for out of province applicants at uOttawa you will then be considered on the same level playing field as all other applicants (i.e. once you pass the cutoff everybody is considered equal no matter where you live in Canada).
