How conservative do you feel Dal is?

Just wondering what the general consensus is out there about how "conservative" Dalhousie med school is vs. other schools in Canada.

 

In terms of dressing for the interview, for instance, do most people wear a suit? What about a pant-suit for women vs. wearing a skirt-suit?

 

Do you feel that fairly liberal opinions regarding controversial topics (such as legalization of marijuana or same-sex marriages) are less palatable at Dal than at other schools in Canada? Would you "tone down" your true opinions on such subjects for the sake of the interview, or just "be yourself" as everyone seems to tout.

 

Just curious about what other applicants' read is on this.
