Are you wondering who gets accepted into medical school? Here are the statistics for students who entered in 2003, and who will graduate in 2007:

 

Quick Facts:

 

• A total of 481 applications were received.

• All Maritime applicants who meet the minimum requirements are offered an interview. This year, that group totaled 241.

 

• In the non-Maritime group, 40 applicants were offered an interview.

 

• In the class, 41% of students (60 people) were from Nova Scotia, 25%(13 people) were from New Brunswick, while 29% (5 people) were from PEI. A total of 9 students were admitted this year from the non-maritime provinces which included Ontario, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia.

 

 

 

 

 

 

I was wondering, I currently live in NB, but if I do my Undergrad at DAL would I be one of the 41% that got accepted or would I be one of the 25% who got accepted?
