mysteryoflife
I just wrote the DAT and I did so bad on the RC section (not because it was hard or anything but I was so dumb and spent 20 min on the first passage). If I have a high GPA and an average AA score and PAT, would U of T still consider my application with a bad RC score (like 17-18)?
msuneong
UofT doesn't look at RC individually - they just look at your AA and PAT (50%:50%). RC factors into AA, but hopefully a strong bio / chem can bring up your AA.
stressed1948
I know you only asked about u of t - but rc huge concern for UWO if you want to increase overall chances - since for them there's an RC cutoff for interviews
msuneong
I wouldn't say RC is a huge concern - UWO has a cutoff for RC, and provided you're above it, they don't look at RC individually, just at your AA (which RC is a part of). So just keep your fingers corssed your above the cutoff for RC for UWO (which has been 18-19 in recent years).
