Out of Province

I'm a student from saskatchewan, wanting to go to Dal. I have about a 3.6 GPA, MCAT 9V, 10P, 11B, T written. I'll have a B.Sc Honors in Micribiology after this year. Realistically speaking, what are my chances? I've heard it's nearly impossible to get into Dal (and Mem for that matter) if you're not from the area. Thanks for any help offered.
