It's a beautiful newly renovated house about 20 min walk from U of C in "upper west hillhurst" right next to the North Hill Mall. It's $433/month including water/electricity but not gas, which is expected to be approx. $30/person in summer and perhaps $50/person in winter depending on usage. 5 appliances, new floors, paint etc and a big deck in back and garden. There is also a large newly refinished basement room perfect for setting up desks for studying. Lots of space! Best of all you get to share it with two friendly, easy going gals, one med student (me), one working girl. We're looking for someone (male or female) for August 1.
