Especially good for medical rotations as it is across the street from the medical school and most hospitals (QEII, IWK) and a close walk to other hospitals (the Infirmary). Also minutes to downtown, bus route, restaurants etc. It is a three bedroom flat with one furnished room available (bed, desk, table, couch) and two great, mature housemates. Rent is $500 which includes heat, hot water, cable. Electricity and telephone/internet are extra. Laundry is available in the building. Furnishings, duration of stay and price are negotiable.
