Hi. I'm starting med in the fall and am looking for a roommate. I have one bedroom in a two bedroom condo for rent beginning Aug. 22 (maybe earlier). Rent is $525/mo negotiable. The place is at 99Ave and 104St (downtown), two blocks from the LRT line. Rent includes heat, water, power and a parking spot. Share phone, internet, cable.
