next.med88
Hey, another question about the application form. Why do they ask for proof of Manitoba residency? If have applied before, and they never asked for proof. What type of document needs to be uploaded for this?
tutgang566
Well it depends what you select. I know last year I was asked for this and selected I graduated from a high school and uploaded my high school transcript but they said it wasn't necessary at all. The best thing is to call them directly and ask, they are pretty helpful and nice.
SkepticalStudent
Why do they ask for proof of Manitoba residency? Just to ensure that if you are applying as an in-province student that you actually are in-province. OOP applicants have higher requirements for applying and all that, right? If you've graduated from a high school in Manitoba though you don't have to provide proof. It's only if you moved to Manitoba after high school. What type of document needs to be uploaded for this? On an old document checklist it says they might require a copy of your Manitoba Health Registration Card, but they will contact you if they need it.
