CMAJ article re: Increased Manitoba enrolment

This is an old article published last year (2001) in the CMAJ, and therefore likely doesn't apply to this year, but I wanted to post it for future reference. In the article, there's some discussion on increased residency positions in addition to a very sobering statistic on the number of newly-trained physicians leaving the province.
