Pt Cap Test Rewrite

I booked a flight for my grad trip on the same date as the cap test rewrite date (April 26th). My flight is at 1:45 and I need to email to ask for special consideration to even get the rewrite date. For those who have successfully obtained a rewrite date, what was the best way to go about asking for it? 

I would need to finish at around 11 am to get to the airport in time comfortably.

I have the same question although my reason for needing the alternative cap date is different.
