I am cringing at the thought of spending another day in a state of anxiety, living for the sound of the carrier at the door. So...do any of you know Mac's policy regarding the provision of information by phone? If I call them, is there a chance they'll tell me the news by phone, or is that simply wishful thinking? I would think that calling should be reserved to cases where you haven't received the letter after two or three weeks or some such aberration.
