Nov DAT was heavy on biodiversity, Feb DAT only asked like 2 questions and were basic too. It depends on your luck! Regardless, focusing too much on the specifics of biodiversity in my opinion is unnecessary. Try to know the basics of everything, every phyla, kingdom, major differences between flowering and non flowering, stuff like that. All the best!
