PianoMan21
Hey, I had a question about how GPA calculations are done and haven't been able to get a solid answer from any of the advisers yet so I thought i'd see if anyone here knew! I'm currently in my 3rd year of school but I had a question regarding applications next year. So since i'd be applying during my 4th year, would that year of GPA count? Would schools like UofA who require 4 years of study to remove 1 year still remove a year if my 4th year wouldn't be finished at the time of application. If so, would they just count my first 3 years GPA and possibly my 4th's 1st semester? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
Zaandrei.
No winter grades wouldn't count as they get the transcript before final grades are out for the winter semester. Thus take the best two years from 1st-3rd for UWO for example
Super Nova
It would not be removed for the purpose of getting an interview but it WILL be removed for the purpose of getting an admissions letter since by that time all of your grades will be in. My answer stands for UofA since you inquired about it.
