Hope you all are having a great summer. Due to an unfortunate situation we have lost our forth roommate at our place and just wanted to shoot out an email to see if there is anyone interested in living with us. The house is located at 4-201 Station Blvd. Ottawa, ON (yes the house is in Ontario).

It is a new 4 bedroom townhouse minutes from the school, grocery store, shopping center, and neighborhood with lots of med students. The available room is located upstairs (size 13’ft by 11’ft). The house is in walking distance from the General Hospital (exactly, it is a 6 minute walk).

Washer and dryer available in the basement. Fully furnished home and kitchen with all major appliances (Fridge, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Light Switch). Central heating and air conditioning. Parking can be arranged. You will be living with two male 2nd yr med students and a female 1st yr med student – house furnished w/ 52” T.V (thats big), couches, dinner table, curtains, cool people. Lots of pictures available if you are interested to see. Price is $599/month (price may be

negotiable) - utilities, cable and high-spd internet will be shared among
