Guest dogeatdog12
I know this question has been beaten to death. But I am still a little confused about how the whole process works. Assume my OMSAS GPA is 3.49 that's like the 48th percentle? or the 45th? is that a score of 3.49/4? that would mean I would need an essay application in the 95th percentile to get an interview? could someone shed some light please? I am getting really depressed now!
Guest peachy
Nobody really knows. There was a discussion of this a while ago here: pub125.ezboard.com/fpreme...=273.topic
Guest macMDstudent
Check the last 3 years class stats at: www.fhs.mcmaster.ca/mdpro...ection.htm You'll see that the average was about 3.55 to 3.6 range, and people were accepted from every range from 3.0 to 4.0 so just write the best autobiographical submission you can and you have as good a shot as anyone! Good luck. I would recommend looking at some old threads in here too, as a lot of your questions have probably been answered already somewhere.
