lulu95
I assumed that the application is only submitted after payment, didn't realize that clicking save on the submission page completes the submission and renders the application unavailable for further editing. Problem is, I filled in the reference section with placeholders for the phone number and email while working on the form in order to save as I go. How can I get that information changed at this point?
Jack Russel
You will probably have to send them an email marked urgent to unlock the page. They are overwhelmed with calls, so I don't advise trying to call by phone. I did, and got nowhere.

Thanks, I actually (luckily) had another tab of the references page open and was able to add the info on that, which ended up updating the application. Still good to know though, I still haven't received a reply from them regarding whether the research supervisor has to be a professor or if it can be the PhD student who directly supervised and actually know me, might still have to change it if their reply comes back. Just make sure you submit your application. References can be edited post submission if the reason is clearly outlined in the email. Goodluck. lulu95
Yep, ended up having to change the reference after hearing back from admissions, and received a reply saying it will be changed on their end. Thanks!
